We collect what we need to run the platform, we don't sell your data (not even for really good snacks), and we take reasonable steps to keep it safe. If you want the details, read on.
When you sign up and use DuitLabs, we collect a few types of information:
Things you give us directly — your name, email, company, role, billing details, and any data you upload to the platform. Also anything you share when you contact our support team.
Things we pick up automatically — basic device and browser info, how you use the platform (which features, how often, for how long), cookies, and standard server logs. This helps us understand what's working and what needs fixing.
Things from your integrations — if you connect retailer portals, ERPs, or other systems, we ingest data from those on your behalf. We only access what you authorize.
Simply put, we use your data to run and improve DuitLabs. That includes powering the platform's AI features, generating forecasts and recommendations for your account, processing payments, sending you product updates, and keeping the system secure.
When it comes to our AI models, we only train on aggregated, de-identified data — never your raw information in a way that could identify you or your business to others. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
We don't sell your data. Full stop.
We do work with a small number of service providers — cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics — that help us operate the platform. They only access what's necessary and are bound by confidentiality obligations. Beyond that, we'll only share data if you explicitly authorize an integration, or if we're legally required to (like a valid court order).
We hold onto your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we'll remove or de-identify your personal information within 90 days — we don't hoard data like it's going to appreciate in value. Some things we may need to keep longer for legal or financial reasons (like transaction records), but we'll minimize what we retain.
We encrypt data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), use role-based access controls, and follow security best practices across the board. We're a small team, so everyone takes security seriously — it's not delegated to a department. For the full picture, see our Security page.
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to how we process it. We respect these rights regardless of jurisdiction — just email us and we'll take care of it. We aim to respond within 10 business days.

The digital kind, unfortunately. We use essential cookies to keep the platform working, analytics cookies to understand usage patterns, and optional marketing cookies for campaign measurement. You can manage your preferences through your browser settings or our cookie banner. The platform works fine without the optional ones — no guilt trip.
DuitLabs is hosted in the United States. If you're accessing the platform from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred and processed here. We use standard safeguards to ensure your data is protected during transfer.
DuitLabs is a B2B platform for supply chain professionals — not exactly a magnet for under-16s. But if we ever learn we've inadvertently collected data from a minor, we'll delete it immediately.
We may update this policy as we grow. If something material changes, we'll let you know by email or in the platform with reasonable notice. We won't quietly change terms that affect how your data is used.
Privacy doesn't have to be complicated. If you have questions or just want to understand something better, reach out:
